Couples: common questions
How am I charged?
Checkout is a hosted page run by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Prices are set in US dollars; if you pay with a Sri Lankan card you are charged in Sri Lankan rupees at that day's rate, so the rupee figure we show is indicative. We never see or store your card details.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once for your wedding. There is no renewal and no subscription to cancel.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, on request. Email hello@mangala.store and we will arrange it with you.
What happens after the wedding?
Your website stays online, so guests and family can keep coming back to it. The planning tools stay yours as well.
What if my free trial runs out?
Nothing is lost. Your guests, seating, budget and website draft stay safe and the planning tools stay open. Publishing, sending invitations and exporting designs unlock when you choose a plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days if you have not published your website or sent any invitations. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Vendors: common questions
What does the 30-day trial include?
Full Pro access for 30 days, with a published listing and the enquiry inbox. No card is needed to start.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your listing is hidden from the directory until you subscribe. Your profile, packages and photos are kept, and you can reactivate in one click.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge you again after that.
What if my card is declined on renewal?
You get a 7-day grace period. Your listing stays visible while you update your payment method or ask us about paying by bank transfer.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, bank transfer is available. This is especially useful if your bank declines international card payments. Email hello@mangala.store to arrange it.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are not refunded pro-rata, but we do refund or credit duplicate charges and charges caused by a technical fault. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
